Edited version - Quick read, I promise: Work in Progress, People in the Pub... sea legs and wobbly head won't let write so here's this one again incase you missed it:
Ahh Jessica! Again I dive into your words and find myself sitting in the chair next to you with the table cradling my head. I so appreciate your candor and your truth. It helps me. Thank you! And I love the photo of James and his dad! So much joy. I canโt imagine your loss. I hope you know that you do not ride the waves of that grieving vertigo alone and that your heart sharing enables others to not feel so alone. Letting the flowers comfort you; that is what you are teaching so many of us. ๐พ๐พ๐บ๐๐ผ
I was sidelined for 2 months with vertigo that without warning took me to the ground 3 times. It was BPPV, I was told and thankfully resolved ear crystals in five sessions. It left me with the fear that it could happen anytime and I was terrified to leave the house. I never had the stomach issues youโve had but am left with tinnitus that at times sounds like a siren and brain fog. Thank you for sharing your story, and I didnโt want to make this about me, but to let you know this vertigo takes on many forms.
